Force of Awesomeness

Stories That
Inspire Action.

Cinematic videos for nonprofits and organizations creating positive change around the world

Your work
is powerful.
Your story
should be too.

Your organization is already doing extraordinary work. We turn that work into a story that makes people feel something, and inspires them to act.

Start a Conversation

Every day, nonprofits and organizations are changing lives. But explaining that impact isn't the same as making people feel it.

Websites explain what you do. Annual reports show the numbers. Campaigns ask people to donate. But stories create connection.

When people feel connected to the people and purpose behind your work, they are more likely to care, share, support and act.

It's easy to say what you stand for. It's harder to make people feel it.

Turn your mission into a story people can feel.

FOA creates cinematic documentaries built around the real people, places and experiences at the heart of your organization's work.

Where It Works

One story.
Multiple impacts.

A powerful documentary shouldn't exist in just one place. Your story becomes a long-term storytelling asset that can continue working for your organization across your communications.

Engage Your People

Give existing and potential supporters a deeper emotional connection to the people behind your mission.

Amplify Your Reach

Create a story that can travel across YouTube, social media and your own channels.

Support Fundraising

Give campaigns and appeals a human story that people can connect with.

Build a Lasting Asset

Use your films across your website, presentations, events, donor communications, campaigns and social media.

Kei — Founder

For more than a decade, Kei has told human stories across Asia that connect with audiences around the world. As co-founder of Asian Boss, the videos have generated 3+ billion views and reached more than 7 million followers worldwide.

His stories have explored malnutrition in Malaysia, baby box in Korea, food insecurity in Singapore, street mothers and their children in Indonesia, acid-attack survivors, children's education in the slums of India, and many other human stories across the region. The work has helped raise approximately US$1 million organically for different causes, including collaborations with the Gates Foundation.

The philosophy is simple

The right story can do more than create awareness. It can move people to act.

FOA is a new venture built from that experience, bringing together cinematic filmmaking, human storytelling and a deep understanding of how stories earn attention and inspire action, with a vision to tell meaningful stories and support great causes around the world.
